Aristita’s Obituary Aristita Marin—–75, Minot, passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in a Minot hospital. Aristita Panait was born on August 30, 1943, the daughter of Leana Panait in Romania. She was raised and educated in Romania.

Aristita was united in marriage to Gheorge Marin in Romania. They made their home in Bucuresti In her search for God, Aristita converted and brought her family to the Pentecostal Denomination. In 1985, they received a religious visa sponsorship from the West Minot Church of God, and immigrated to Minot.

While living in Minot, Aristita worked alongside Gheorge in his trucking career being the navigator and doing the bookwork. Gheorge passed away on January 1, 2016. Following his death, she continued to live in the family home in Minot.

Aristita is survived by: daughter Aurora Marin and her husband Jeremy, Brookfield, CT; son Firicel Marin, Detroit MI; four grandchildren: and a sister Gheorghita Porojan; Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Gheorge. Visitation: Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 2 until 5 pm at Thompson Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Funeral Service: Friday, January 18, 2019 at 1 pm at West Minot Church of God, located at 1105 16th St NE, Minot.
