Barbara J. Belice, 75, of Clearwater, FL, formerly of Saltsburg, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in Largo Medical Center, Largo, FL. Born October 18, 1942 in Nowrytown, she was a daughter of the late James Belice Sr. & Frances (Ukish) Belice. Barbara was a 1960 graduate of Saltsburg High School, where she was an outstanding basketball player.

She loved the beach, playing on her Ipad, and watching channel 9 news. Barb was preceded in death by her father James Belice Sr., on July 6, 1986, and her mother, Frances (Ukish) Belice, who passed away on August 24, 1997. She will be sadly missed by her loving sister Florence (Thomas) Marafka of Nowrytown, PA; her dear brother, James (Linda) Belice, Jr. of Brownsville, PA; nephews, Dr. Andrew (Tammy) Belice of Dillon, MT, Shawn (Bethany) Belice of Harriman, TN; niece, Tiffany Belice of Clearwater, FL; two great nephews; five great nieces; her dear friend for over 50 years whom she considered a second sister, Karen Tregaskes of Worthington, PA; and her faithful Sheltie, Tami Sue.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Matthew’s Roman Catholic Church, 703 Indiana Ave. , Saltsburg, with Father John Harrold as celebrant. Interment in St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Saltsburg.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Saltsburg, PA.
