CASTLEWOOD, VIRGINIA – Cynthia Jean Wright, 52, died Thursday, March 28, 2019 at her home. She was born in Superior Township, Michigan; daughter of the late James and Mary Steele Shortt. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Ann Roberts. She is survived by her husband, Michael Wright; three sons, Dakota Wright and wife, Megan of North Carolina, Logan Wright and Nicholas Wright both of the home; granddaughter, Lorelai Wright; two sisters, Joann Richards and Ursula Blackburn; one brother, Calvin Shortt; several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Services for Cynthia Jean Wright will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2019 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev.
