Edna Lorene Webb, age 79, of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, formerly of Raven, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Mount Sterling, Kentucky following a lengthy illness. She was born in Richlands, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Grat Wiley and Mona Hunt Anders. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and sister.

She spent her life always putting the needs of others first. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Lee Webb; and two sons, Joey Lee Webb and Scottie Dean Webb. Those who remain to carry on her spirit are: Daughters: Debra Sharp and husband, Bill of Winchester, KY Pam Keen and husband, Ronnie of Clifton Fork, VA Brothers: Kenneth Anders of Raven, VA Billy Anders and wife Kathy of Georgia Grandchildren: Michael Keen, Jonathan Webb, Christopher Webb, Drew Sharp, Katie Sharp Allen, and Claire Sharp.

Great-grandchildren: Morgan Smith, Trinity Webb, Alexis Webb, Joey Webb, Kaiden Keen, Kyler Keen, Victorious Webb, Scottie Webb and Tatum Allen. Funeral services for Edna Lorene Webb will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Grady McGlothlin officiating.

Interment will follow at the Moore Family Cemetery on Red Root Ridge near Shortt Gap, Virginia. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 am on Friday until time of service at 1:00pm.
