Edra Lee Baker, age 82, of Richlands, Virginia passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at her home following a brief illness. Edra was born on February 10, 1937 in Athens, West Virginia to the late John Christopher and Mary Ethel Cox Lilly. She was a retired cosmetologist for Style-A-Rama.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Lewis Asbury; her second husband, Dennis Baker; and her sister, Elaine White. Those left to cherish her memory include Daughters Shelia Babcock and husband, Rick of Bristol, Tennessee Victoria Lynne Asbury of Richlands, Virginia Son: Bob Asbury of Charlotte, North Carolina Grandchildren: Bryan Pennington, Brittany Blevins, and Christopher Taylor. Great Grandchildren: Kylie Blevins, Abby Blevins, Clint Blevins, Noah Babcock, Kenneth Babcock, Lakota Rayne Taylor, Lyla Pennington, and Layah Pennington.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia with the Reverend Nick Koontz officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 PM to 7 PM on Thursday evening, prior to the service. A committal service and interment will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Athens Cemetery (507 Cemetery Road, Princeton, WV 24740).

Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 11 AM. Pallbearers will be Jerry Gilbert, Donnie Gilbert, Kip Kirby, Rick Babcock, Frank Forrest, and Bryan Pennington.
