Obituary of Emma Vallejo Campos Emma Vallejo Campos, 80, of Bay City, our loveable, quiet, and sometimes sassy mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend was born into eternal life on the evening of Saturday, June 23, 2018. Emma was born in Asherton, Texas on June 13, 1938, the daughter of the late Isidro and Sulema (Garcia) Vallejo. On August 25, 1959, Emma was united in marriage to Juan Trevino Campos, who preceded her in death on July 20, 2011.

Throughout life, Emma was known for her love of cooking, reading, completing word searches, Mexican novelas, loteria, puzzles, and her dog, “Oso”. Above all, Emma’s true love was her family. She was a great mother and will be deeply missed, but lovingly remembered for generations to come.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Elena Campos, Marivel (Raul) Martinez, Nereida (Jesse) Flores, Mirtha Campos, and Juan Campos; grandchildren, Junie Campos, Raul (Tiffany) Martinez, Jesus Flores, Jr., Ignacio Buendia, Juan (Nikki) Martinez, Arturo Buendia, Esai Campos, Mario Campos, Daisy Flores, Angelo Santoyo, and Arianna Santoyo; great-grandchildren, Xavier, Markus, Isaac, Emilianna, Annaliyah, Alejandro, Brayden, Jaelynn, Marcelo, Miguel, Maceo, Mariela; siblings, Juana (Santiago) Rodriguez, Isidro (Alejandra) Vallejo, Santos Guerra, Genero (Olivia) Vallejo, Rosa (William) Hockenberry, and Graciela Vallejo. In addition to her parents and husband, Emma was welcomed home to heaven by her brother, Antonio Vallejo and many extended family members. Emma’s family will be present to receive visitors on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Vigil for Emma at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd.

, Hampton Twp. On Thursday, June 28, 2018, Emma will be taken to All Saints Parish (Church of St. Boniface), 510 N. Lincoln St., Bay City, where visiting will continue from 9:00 AM until Emma’s 10:00 AM Funeral Liturgy. Fr.
