Frankie Wright August 21, 1940 – February 25, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Frankie Wright, 78, of Woodville, MO, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019, at the University Hospital in Columbia, MO. Frankie was born on August 21, 1940, in Randolph County, MO, the son of Edgar and Margaret (Taylor) Wright. He was united in marriage to Norma Graves on September 12, 1958 at the Woodville Baptist Church in Woodville, MO.

Frankie was a member of the Democrat Club and Democrat Central Committee. He enjoyed farming, attending his cattle, visiting with people, and especially spending time with his family and grandkids. Frankie is survived by his wife, Norma of the home; two children, Joanne Wright and her boyfriend Chris Morehead of Woodville, MO, and Dale Wright and his wife Janet of Macon, MO; two grandchildren, Mike Wright and his wife Rachele of Woodville, MO, and Christina Talbert and her husband Curtis of Greentop, MO; great-grandchildren, Cooper and Makenna Wright, Hannah, Tim, and Katy Moore.

He is also survived by his brother, Keith Wright and his wife Elizabeth of Woodville, MO; nephew, Kevin Wright; niece, Michelle Starns; and brother-in-law, Duane Graves and his wife Elizabeth of Macon, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his grandson, Brian Wilson. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 2, 2019, at the Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon with Sam Owens officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm, Friday evening, at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to the Woodville Cemetery or the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund.
