Sun Prairie/Logan, Utah – Grace McCormick, age 70, of Sun Prairie, Wis. , passed from her earthly mission on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the home of her loving daughter, surrounded by family and friends. She was born on September 19, 1947 in West Bend, Indiana.

Grace is survived by her six brothers and sisters Enrique Reyes, Jorge (DeVere) Reyes, Lucy (Jay) Fields, R Marie (Carl) Madsen, Manuel Jr. (Nora) Reyes, Maria (Tom) Orvis, and her three children, Adam (Gwen) McCormick, Amy (Scott) Ellis, Abraham (Marian) McCormick; 8 grandchildren and many other close family members who will miss her greatly. Funeral services will be held at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, 5602 Irongate Dr., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
