Jason Martin McKnight, 14, of Saltsburg passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018, at his home. He was born Thursday, April 29, 2004, in Saltsburg, the son of Martin J. and Sarah W Bradley McKnight. He was a freshman at Saltsburg Jr./Sr.

High School and was employed by Shelly Drilling for the summer. He enjoyed playing his guitar, hunting, fishing and camping. He enjoyed working on his car to get it ready to compete in the demolition derby.

He is survived by his parents, a brother, Jake August McKnight, an uncle Kenneth Bradley of San Diego, CA. , an aunt Lorraine McKnight of Clarksburg, his maternal grandmother, Susan Brown, of Nowrytown, paternal grandfather, Kerry McKnight of Saltsburg and paternal grandmother, Linda Caprino McKnight of Homer City. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Bradley.

Family will receive friends on July 5, 2018, from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home, LTD, 400 Indiana Ave. , Avonmore, PA. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on July 5, 2018 at 8 PM with Pastor Robert Shallenberger, officiating.

Interment will be private.
