Norma “Bonnie” (Bolen) McCain, 88, of Allegheny Township, passed away at the residence of her daughter Kim in Washington, PA, on Monday, September 10, 2018. Born July 31, 1930 in Livermore, PA, she was a daughter of the late Glenn & Martha Jane (Johnson) Bolen. Bonnie was a graduate of Freeport High School, and lived in Allegheny Township most of her life.

She was a member of Salina Bible Church. Bonnie enjoyed baking, and loved spending time with her family. In… Read More » addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey J. McCain, who passed away on January 8, 2010; and her sisters, Nellie Bolen and Irene Slagle.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Kim (Rob) Studt of Washington, PA, Sally (Daniel) Brokke of South Point, OH, Daniel (Carol) McCain of White, PA, Becky (Garry) Rukes of Portage, IN, Brian McCain of Miami, FL; grandchildren, Rebekah (Matthew) Sheets, Matthew Studt, Nathan (Natasha) Brokke, David (Becky) Brokke, Tim (Emily) Brokke, John (Emily) Brokke, Stephan, Hannah, Bethany, and Joshua Rukes; great grandchildren, Noelle, Noah, Natalie, Nate, Nora, Abel; sister, JoAnn Davies of Michigan, and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Thursday, September 13, 2018 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 300 Market St. Leechburg. Additional visitation will be held at Salina Bible Church, 4132 State Route 819, Avonmore, on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of service at 11:00 a.m. in the church with Pastor Paul Reiner officiating.

Entombment in Greenwood Memorial Park Mausoleum, Lower Burrell, PA.
