He was born June 3, 1959 in Middletown, NY the son of the late Lloyd Worden Price and the late Emma Amelia McBride Price.

John married Kathryn Mae Holt 21 years ago on February 16, 1997 in Port Jervis, NY. Earlier in life he worked as a Mason for Donald Storms Masonry.
