Obituary for Kenneth Weidman Passed away Thursday evening June 7, 2018 at Caretel Inns of Brighton. Kenneth was born on June 3, 1931 in Detroit the son of Adolph James and Martha (Timm) Weidman. On September 6, 1957 he was married to Diana J. Marco they moved to Brighton in 1972.

A veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Weidman served with the U.S. Navy. Prior to his retirement in 1996 he had been an Engineer for the Ford Motor Company for 32 years. Ken enjoyed biking, running, and watching auto races.

Surviving in addition to his wife of over 60 years, Diana, are his children, The late Daniel, daughters Karen (Kurt) Vorenkamp and Susan (Lee) Weil. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren Christopher, Megan, Mark, Rebecca, Patrick and 2 great grand grandchildren; Phoenix and Lillian and his daughter in law Sharon. The family will receive friends on Tuesday June 12, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
