Obituary for Lilian Collins Lilian Collins, age 88, of the Indian Creek section of Cedar Bluff, VA passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Heritage Hall in Tazewell, VA. Ms. Collins was born in Lancaster, PA and was the daughter of the late Lindsey Taylor and Nancy Whittaker Beavers. She had lived most of her life in the Cedar Bluff area and attended the Crossroads Community Church.

She will be missed by all her family and friends that loved her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Collins, Jr.; a son, Rodney Collins; one sister, Nell Burress; and one brother, Kenneth Beavers. She is survived by: Her Sons: Jeff Collins and wife, Maria of Yuma, AZ Kerry Collins and wife, Mary Alice of Cedar Bluff, VA Also surviving are five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services for Lilian Collins will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, VA with the Rev. Rick Pruitt officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, VA.

Pallbearers will be: Brian Purvis, Christopher Collins, Rodney Collins, Scott Collins and Brett Jones. The Collins family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday evening at the funeral home.
