Lisa’s Obituary Lisa Marie (Libby) Arbo 1967 – 2018 SCARBOROUGH – Mrs. Lisa Marie (Libby) Arbo, of Scarborough, Maine, born on May 26, 1967, in Portland, Maine, to Gladys Libby and Carol Libby, passed away unexpectedly at 51 years old on December 25, 2018, in Miami, Florida. She was a resident of Kittery, Maine, for 18 years. There, she raised her three children with her husband and dogs.

She graduated from Scarborough High School in 1985. She had been a medical secretary for nearly 31 years. At this time, she was a Medical Unit Coordinator at Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford.

Lisa was married to Daniel Arbo for 26 years. She is survived by her son, Jonathan Arbo; daughters, Danielle Williams and Brianna Arbo; brothers, Tyrone Page and Gary Libby; sister, Erin Libby; and grandchildren, Lucille Williams and Killian Gaouette. She also leaves behind her dogs, Brutus and Harley.

Lisa loved Jesus, watching the sunset, traveling, cooking, camping, going to the beach, and boating with her family. She loved her family dearly; her children and grandchildren were so very special to her. She was a loving and caring woman, who has touched many lives.

Friends and family are welcome to attend her funeral service at 2 p.m., Monday, December 31, 2018, at Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Road, South Portland. Donations in Lisa’s name to Brain Injury Association of America are welcome and much appreciated.
