Obituary of Loren Billquist Loren T. Billquist, 66, of Jamestown passed away at UPMC Chautauqua surrounded by his family on Friday, January 11, 2019. A lifelong area resident he was born November 19, 1952 in Jamestown, the son of the late Clarence E. and Marilyn A. Dahl Billquist. Prior to retirement Loren was employed by VAC-Air and was a member and past president of the Falconer Rod & Gun Club.

Loren was a loving, son, brother, father, grandfather and friend. He was always full of surprises and kept you on your toes. Loren was an avid outdoorsman; he loved hunting and fishing, he had great respect for Mother Nature.

Surviving are his three children: Tracy Billquist of Jamestown, Mikol (Candi) Billquist of Murrieta, CA, Tamara (Wallace) Ryder of Lakewood; his former wife, Bobbie Sherman; nine grandchildren: Jessica, Nathan and Andrew Crawford, Makenna and Maxavier Billquist, Morgan, Camryn, Jacob and Caelan Ryder; two great grandchildren: Charleigh-Jo Ryder and Colton Crawford; two brothers: Gary Billquist of Jamestown, Terry (Cheryl) Billquist of Escondido, CA; two sisters: Cheryl (Dana) Ramsey, Teressa Brusie (Philip Wormuth) of Ellsworth, Maine and his dog Buddy. He was preceded in death by his parents. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Visitation will not be observed. Inurnment will be at a later date in Allen Cemetery. Memorial may be donated to RAGTW, Division of Fish & Wildlife, 625 Broadway, Albany, NY 12233-4751.
