Obituary for Lucy M. Trout Lucy M. Trout, 87, of Jonestown, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at her home. She was the wife of the late Clarence L. Trout who passed away in 2005. Born in Fredericksburg on April 23, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Elmer P. and Anna M. Evans Eckert.

Lucy was a faithful and dedicated member of the Moonshine United Zion Church where she served as the church pianist & accordionist since 1962. She also served her church as a deaconess for over 40 years. She will be remembered for her card ministry to many.

She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children Carolyn A. Benish of Harrisburg, Clarence L. Trout, Jr. and his wife Polly of Ephrata, April L. Shipman of Lebanon, Steve T. Trout of Lebanon, Linda S. wife of Milton Trice of Mantee, MS, Thomas L. husband of Karen Trout of Palmyra, Timothy P. husband of Kathy Trout of Sinking Spring, David M. Trout of Lititz, Andrew M. husband of Zita Trout of Albany, GA; 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Emily L. Trout.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at the Moonshine United Zion Church, 701 Moonshine Rd. , Jonestown. A viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the start of the service.

Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
