Mary L. Richardson, 72, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon. She was born in Bloomington, Indiana, on April 6, 1946, a daughter of the late Neffie and Lula Ann (Parrish) Curry. On May 24, 1988, she was married to David L. Richardson in Lebanon, Indiana; he survives.

Mary was a custodian for many years at the Western Boone School Corporation. She also volunteered at the Lebanon Caring Center. Mary was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She enjoyed raising her grandkids, camping, reading, shopping at the Dollar General and loved animals. Survivors include: Husband: David L. Richardson of Lebanon, Indiana Children: April Tarpey of Fort Collins, Colorado Susan Dastour of Leesburg, Virginia Rose Pemberton and companion, Tyson Williams of Lebanon Chuck Whisman and wife, Anne of Indianapolis Xylina Sallee of Indianapolis Amber M. Smith and husband, Christian of Colfax David L. Richardson and wife, Michelle of Advance Twenty-Four Grandchildren Seventeen Great Grandchildren Numerous nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by sisters, Betty Curry, Charlotte Curry; brother, Neffie C. Curry and stepdaughter, Tanya Ragsdale. Visitation will be held Friday, January 4, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana.

No services are planned. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her care. Memorials may be directed to American Breast Cancer Foundation, 10400 Little Patuxent Parkway Suite 480, Columbia, MD 21044.
