Obituary for Patricia A. Meyer Patricia A. Meyer, age 88, of Edwardsville, Illinois died at 6:12 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018, at Edwardsville Nursing & Rehabilitation. Patricia was born March 30, 1930, in Granite City, the daughter of the late Anna Strohaker. Patricia married Thomas P. Meyer on February 5, 1949, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Granite City.

He preceded her in death on November 6, 1998. She was a devoted member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. She was an active member of the Edwardsville YMCA Meyer Center which is dedicated to her and her late husband.

She is survived by a very special friend just as a daughter, Sue Wooden of Edwardsville and granddaughter, Gabrielle Wooden of Ballwin, Missouri. Visitation will be from 9 am. Until 10:30 am Friday, June 8, 2018, at St. Boniface Catholic Church.

A funeral mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Friday, at the church with Fr. Jeff Goeckner & Deacon Dan Corbett officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Glen Carbon.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Boniface Church or Vitas Hospice. Condolences may be expressed online at weberfuneralhome.com. Weber & Rodney Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
