Ricky was a member of Greenpond Baptist Church. He owned and operated Glass Trucking for 26 years.

Ricky was a loving husband, devoted father, and a proud Pawpaw. He also loved spending time racing, camping, and being outdoors. Ricky was always there for anyone who needed him.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jackie Glass; his son, Ricky Dale (Ashley) Glass, Jr.; his daughters, Michelle (Jack) Russell, Kimberly (Michael) Middlebrooks and Tanya Hood; his grandchildren, Jacob, Savannah, Lily, Makenna, Griffen, Owen and Rylie; his brothers, Bobby (Margie) Glass, Earl (Sheila) Glass, Don (Robin) Glass, Terry Glass, Michael (Tonya) Wade and Marty Wade along with his sister, Debbie (Sam) Burton. Chapel service will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Friday from 1 – 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Bro. Carl Hall will be officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Cemetery.
