Mrs. Robin Renea Merriman Bodnar, 58, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at CHS-NorthEast in Concord. A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Monday, January 21, 2019, in Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev.

Keith McCormac will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove. The family will receive friends from 6: to 8:00 pm Sunday at Lady’s Funeral Home, Kannapolis.

Mrs. Bodnar was born December 20, 1960 in Cabarrus County. She was a daughter of the late Floyd Collins Merriman and Kathleen Hall Merriman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Merriman in 2010.

Mrs. Bodnar is survived by her husband, Mark Bodnar; two sons, Chris Willyard and spouse Laura of Warner Robins, GA and Jon Willyard and spouse Cassie of Kannapolis; daughter, Stephanie Burris and spouse Brittney of Salisbury; and eight grandchildren.
