1948-2018 Ruben M. Flores, 69, of Santa Maria, CA gained his wings on April 10, 2018. Ruben was born in East Los Angeles, CA on August 7, 1948. He moved with his grandparents Manuel and Paz Murillo, when he was 10 years old.

Ruben attended Santa Maria High School and graduated with the class of 1967. After attending Santa Maria High, Ruben worked for Santa Maria Country Club, Piper Aircraft and after all his hard work for The City of Santa Maria for 25 years he had retired. Ruben… Read More » loved being around his family and friends, drinking, telling jokes, watching the 49ers play, and making everyone laugh.

Ruben looked forward to the weekends for family BBQ’s and get together s. There is so much more great things to say about Ruben but everyone who knew him, knew what a loving and funny person he was. His memory will live on and may be rest in peace. Ruben is survived by his wife, Terri Fores, of 47 years, his children Jake, Fabian and Tina Flores.

He is also survived by his grandchildren Shanise, Jake Philip Keyanna, Manuel Flores, Isaac and Kayla Lopez and great grandchild Jake Flores. Ruben had three sisters, three brothers and extended family members. Ruben has now joined his mother and three brothers in heaven.
