Obituary for Stanley J. Sinon Stanley J. Sinon, a resident of Hyde Park, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2018 at his son’s home in Beacon. He was 69 years old. Born on February 12, 1949 in Barton, Vermont, Stan was the son of the late James and Shirley Richards Sinon.

He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1968 to 1969. Stan was a carpenter by trade and a coffee lover. He had a love of classic cars and was a member of the Hudson River Valley Antique Auto Association and Brits of the Hudson Valley Car Club.

He was extremely proud of his prize winning, fully restored 1958 Triumph TR-3 which he entered into many local auto shows. Stan is survived by his children, James Sinon and his wife, Debbie, Laurie Bastian and husband, Thomas and Brent Sinon; his grandchildren, Brenden, Paige, Ashley, Derrick, Gavin, Aaron, Macie and Brent, Jr.; his sisters, Sylvia Decker and Sandy Jaquebek; several nieces and nephews. Stan was loved beyond words and is missed beyond measure.

To celebrate his love of life and cars, we ask that you please join us for a memorial service on May 6th, 2018 at 2:30 PM at the 2018 Rhinebeck Car Show and Swap Meet for his final car show.
