Obituary for John J. Sedore, Jr. John J. Sedore, Jr., a lifelong resident of Beacon, entered into rest on May 22, 2018 at his home. He was 77 years old. John was born on January 27, 1941 in Beacon, the son of the late John J. Sedore, Sr. and Stella Ruta Sedore.

John retired from Chemprene in Beacon. He loved to go bowling and played in several leagues. He enjoyed listening to music and Johnny Cash and Elvis were two of his favorites.

John also loved watching the Yankees. John is survived by his children, Carolyne Baisley and her husband, Jay and Anthony Sedore; his companion, Maggie Quick; his grandchildren, Anthony, Vanessa, Brandon, Brittany and Ciara; his sister, Mary Jane Padworski; and his two nieces. In addition to his parents, John was predeceased by his grandson, Jay Baisley, Jr and his brother-in-law, Robert Padworski.
