Obituary for Terry James Hurt Terry James Hurt, age 45, of Bedford, VA passed from this life on Friday, April 27, 2018. Terry was born in Richlands, VA and was the son of Ted and Gilda Burress Hurt. He loved fishing with his dad and Poppaw Hurt.

He also loved hunting with his uncles, cousins and other family members. Terry was very loved by family and friends and he returned that love. He will be missed by all!

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Fred and June Hurt; and his maternal grandparents, Titus and Erma Nell Burress. In addition to his parents, those remaining to cherish his memory include: Wife, Virginia Peck Hurt Four Sons of the Heart: Zachary and Jeremiah Peck Corry Brown Tyler Keene Sister, Hannah Leigh Hurt Brother, Titus Jason Hurt A host of Aunts, Uncles, and Family; and a Community of Lifelong Friends also survive. A memorial service for Terry James Hurt will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 4, 2018 at the Gloryland Tabernacle located on Shortt Gap, Virginia, with Brother Don Smith Officiating.
