William Henry Rose April 22, 1934 – May 27, 2018 William Henry Rose, 84, residing in Sandusky, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Ohio Veteran’s Home. William was born on April 22, 1934 in Huntington, WV to the late Robert W. and Georgia (Dixon) Rose. He was a Veteran of the Air Force who proudly served his country from May 19, 1952 to April 27, 1956 during the Korean Conflict.

(Mary) Rose of Colorado Springs, CO; daughter, Melanie (Joe) Grof of Norwalk, OH; son, Patrick A. (Nancy) Rose of Medina, OH; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sisters, Wilma Jean Miller of Detroit, MI, Janet Righter of Bentonville, AR, Linda Bumgarner of Huntington, WV, Carolyn Auxier of Ironton, OH, and Myra Adkins of Huntington, WV and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. In addition to his parents, William is preceded in death by his wife Emma Jane (Pridemore) Rose; one sister; and five brothers.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Liberty Baptist Fellowship, 111 N. Broadway in Medina, OH with Rev. Max Deffenbaugh presiding.
