Obituary for Mr. Arthur Phillip Hamilton Arthur Phillip Hamilton, 80, husband of Denise Vaughn Hamilton, of 155 Gap Drive, Walhalla, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at his home. A native of Ashboro, NC, Mr. Hamilton was the son of the late Arthur Hamilton and Jessie Phillips Hamilton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and later retired from Sangamo.

Mr. Hamilton attended The Church of God. In addition to his wife, Mr. Hamilton is survived by his sons: Scott Hamilton of Charlotte, NC and Michael Honea (Jenell) of Summerville, SC; daughters: Amy Harvey (Robert) of West Union, SC and Emily Harrison (Chuck) of Greenville, SC; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hamilton was preceded in death by his sisters: Nell Rude and Mary Chambers.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 25, 2018, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel. Flowers are accepted. The family is at their respective homes.
