Obituary for Rev. Lee Roy Cannon Rev. Lee Roy Cannon, 77, husband of Ella Mae Nicholson Cannon, of 338 Friendly Drive, Salem, passed away Monday, November 19, 2018, at his home.

A native of Salem, SC, Rev. Cannon was the son of the late Wesley Lee Cannon and Bessie Whitmire Cannon. He worked as a mechanic and was a member of Emmanuel Holiness Church.

In addition to his wife, Rev. Cannon is survived by his sons: Kenneth Cannon (Joann) and Barney Cannon (Kim); daughter: Diane Cannon Johnson (Roy); brother: Raburn Cannon; sisters: Gladiolia Patterson and Patricia Gale Reid; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Rev.

Cannon was preceded in death by his son: Elvis Cannon; and brother: Doyle Cannon. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 23, 2018, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church #2 with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

The body will be at the home, after 10:30 AM, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 through Thursday, November 22, 2018, where the family will receive friends. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621. The family is at the home.
