Obituary of Bonnie Call Bonnie J. Call, age 83, of Corning, NY passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at home surround by family. Bonnie was born on July 5, 1934 in Angelica, NY, the daughter of the late Earl and Mable M. (Jordon) Aldrich. She married Donald W. Call on November 22, 1969.

He predeceased her in 1995. She worked as an inspector for Corning Glass Works, retiring in 1995. Bonnie will be remembered for her great sense of humor, love of shopping, gambling and cooking.

When she was younger, she loved to sing and dance the polka and jitterbug. Her greatest joy was her family. She was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by daughters: Patti Zawko of Painted Post, NY, Candice (Tom) Bohart of Caton, NY; son, Thomas Aldrich of Corning, NY; grandchildren: Erin York, Keith Morrison, Vicki Morrison, Corinne Williamson, Lori Morrison, Amanda Hill, Thomas Aldrich, Jr., Travis Aldrich; many great grandchildren; brothers: Cy (Marie) Aldrich, Chuck (Shirley) Aldrich and Butch (Ann) Aldrich; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Bonnie was predeceased by several siblings. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Phillips Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 17 W. Pulteney St., Corning, NY.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 12:00 pm at Phillips Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Burial will immediately follow in the family plot at Hope Cemetery, Corning.
