Obituary for Charles M. Roemer Sr. Charles Michael Roemer Sr., 70, of Janesville, WI, died Thursday, April 19, 2018 in his home. He was born on September 8, 1947 in Pensacola, FL, the son of Charles P. and Gloria (Swanson) Roemer. Charlie married Carolyn J. Fetter on April 26, 2003 in Delavan, WI.

Charlie was employed by Beloit Health System as a medical technologist, retiring in 2014. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn “Jamie” Roemer; mother, Gloria Roemer; brother, Donald (Debra) Roemer of Woodbury, MN; sisters, Lisa (Al) McColman of Carver, MN and Barbara (Dan) Harshman of Cleburne, TX; numerous family and friends around the country. He was predeceased by his father.

The family would like to give many thanks for the support, cards and prayers from family, friends, colleagues, and caregivers at Beloit Clinic, Hospital, and Cancer Center, as well as Agrace Hospice. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in St. Patrick Parish, 315 Cherry St., Janesville, WI, with Fr. Tim Renz officiating.

Inurnment will be in Plymouth Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. Wednesday in the church. Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, assisted the family with arrangements.
