Obituary of Diane Frostrom Diane Bishop Frostrom, 65, died on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at her Pocomoke City home, surrounded by her loving family, following a long hard fought battle against cancer. Born on December 28, 1952 in Salisbury, MD, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe and Bettie Lambertson Bishop. Diane is survived by her husband of 48 years, Mark S. Frostrom, Sr.; her son Mark S. Frostrom, Jr.; two grandchildren, Mark S. Frostrom, III and Logan Taylor Frostrom; two sisters, Rita B. Wilkerson, her son Lyle Wilkerson II, and Brenda B. Marine and her daughters, Brooke and Rachel Marine; two brothers-in-law, Rob Frostrom and his children Rob Frostrom III, Michael and Michele Frostrom and Gregg and Susan Frostrom and their children Erica Cummins and Greg Frostrom, Jr.; one sister-in-law Christy Frostrom and Buddy Ward and her children, Jay Miles, Andrea Martin (who was also her Godchild) and Damon Barbour along with numerous great nieces and nephews.

Diane was an active Charter member of Lynnhaven Baptist Church, where she had served as a Cherub Choir Director, a former Sunday school teacher and many other roles in the church’s programs. She was the owner/operator of many businesses including, Blossoms and Balloons, Cypress Villa Garden Center, Video World, a Thirty-one consultant and a LuLaRoe consultant. She was a Past President of Soroptimist International of Pocomoke City, Pocomoke City Junior Women’s Club and a past member of the Pocomoke City Rotary Club.

As was posted by a family friend, “I loved her feistiness and strength. She stood for what she believed in, without any regard for what others may have thought. I will always remember her fierce and unapologetic love for her grandkids.

She loved Mark Stephen and Logan so much! ” Another friend added, “She was a light in a world of darkness. She will leave a hole in many hearts”.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Lynnhaven Baptist Church, 1200 Lynnhaven Drive, Pocomoke City, MD, where family and friends will gather two hours prior to the service. Rev. Kerry Hinton will officiate.
