Obituary for Goldie P. Crawford ST. PAUL, VIRGINIA – Goldie P. Crawford, 78, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at her home. She was born in Dickenson County, Virginia; daughter of the late Clayton and Ethel Bailey Hicks.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Neil “Bud” Crawford; two sisters, Gaynell Mattes and Georgia Perkins; and one brother, Clayton Hicks, Jr She is survived by one daughter, Judy Crawford Marshall of St. Paul, Virginia; two sons, David Crawford of St. Paul, Virginia and Michael Crawford and wife, Helen of Castlewood, Virginia; two sisters, Gracie Hicks and Jean Hicks both of Wytheville, Virginia; four grandchildren, D. J. Crawford, April Crawford, Tristen Marshall and girlfriend, Casey, and Abigail Marshall; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Goldie P. Crawford will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev.

Ted Phillips officiating. Committal Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, July 1, 2018 in St. Paul Cemetery, St. Paul, Virginia. Family and Friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

Pallbearers will be Tristen Marshall, Logan Hall, Douglas Marshall, Benjie Hicks, Dylan Bush, and Danielle Hall. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia.
