Obituary for Mack McNeer Mays LEBANON, VIRGINIA – Mack McNeer Mays, 81, died Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Russell County Medical Center, Lebanon, Virginia. He was born in Scott County, Virginia; son of the late Joe and Leona Fleenor Mays. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Carl Mays, Dan Mays, and Arthur Mays and one sister, Sylvia Moore.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Mays; two step daughters, Vickie Dean and husband, Jessee of Lebanon, Virginia and Karen Stanley and husband, Allyn of Mechanicsville, Virginia; one step son, Ezra McClellan and wife, Carol of Dante, Virginia; five sisters, Eva Hall of Bristol, Virginia, Nettie Kate Moore of Meadowview, Virginia, Sarah Perry of Cleveland, Virginia, Reba Sue Dillon of Wirtz, Virginia and Louise Dean of Nickelsville, Virginia; four step grandsons; three step great grandsons; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mack McNeer Mays will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Frank Hurd and Rev.

Danny Meade officiating. Committal Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 in Tumbez Cemetery, Moccassin Valley Road, Lebanon, Virginia. Family and Friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.

Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. June 19, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia. On line condolences may be sent to the Mays family through our website at www.
