Obituary for Isaac P. Long Jr. Isaac P. Long, Jr. of Vero Beach, Florida, formerly of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away October 13, 2018 at the age of 82 at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach. He was born August 22, 1936 in Charleston, WV and attended public schools there. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1959 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He was a United States Navy Veteran. He started his career with the DuPont Company in Old Hickory, Tennessee and ended it in Wilmington, Delaware.

After leaving Dupont, he continued his interest in real estate development and property management. He was preceded in death by his Father, Isaac P. Long, Sr., his Mother, Flossie Tutwiler Long, and sister, Jane A. Thompson. He is survived by his loving cousins, Anise and Gale Catlett, Krista Neumann and family, Kara Brown and family, Nancy Montague and family as well as many devoted friends.

He was dearly loved by all. He was such an important part of our family and will be greatly missed by all. We thank God for the blessing he was to all who knew and loved him.

Interment will be at Mountain View Memorial Park in Charleston, WV. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choice.
