Obituary for Mr. James David Perry James David Perry went home to heaven on May 19, 2018 at home with his family. He was born on May 22, 1938 to John David Perry and Hattie Mae Hill Perry on the Badore Road, Malone, NY. Jim attended Franklin Academy in Malone, NY.

And was a member of the National Guard. He was an accomplished mechanic and proud owner operator of Perry’s Service Station. He worked on the St. Lawrence Seaway as it was being built.

He the first man on job and last man to leave the job. He was a member of the Malone Fish and Game Club and the Moose Club. Jim was a dedicated husband and amazing father.

He always wanted to make sure if someone needed something, he would try and help. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann (Brooks) Perry. They were wed on September 16, 1959.

Also surviving are five children, Carla M. Brown of Syracuse, NY, Craig M. (Donna) Perry of Malone, NY, Peggy-Ellen (Rickey) Baker of Malone, NY, David J. (Cathy) Perry of Syracuse, NY, Julie A. (Denny) Burgess of Portsmouth, OH; ten grandchildren, Michael and David Brown, Jessica Brand, Crystine and Alexander Perry, Elizabeth McWilliams, James and Shawn Perry, Cody and Christopher Brown; eleven great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Harrison Perry, Shirley Boyea, Betty Fassett, Floyd Perry, Carl Perry and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, a sister, Phyllis Nichols and a brother, Allen Perry. There are no calling hours.
