Obituary for Mr. Randal “Randy” Grace Randal E. “Randy” Grace, 60 of the Coal Hill Rd. , Westville died Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at University Hospital SUNY Health Science Center, Syracuse, NY. Born on Aug.

10, 1957 in Plattsburgh, NY, he was the son of James and Joanne (Hebert) Grace. He was married to Joan Cook on July 22, 1978 in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Constable. Randy graduated from Franklin Academy and then earned an associate’s degree from North Country Community College in Saranac Lake.

He was employed with the Dept. of Environmental Conservation in Tupper Lake after graduating from high school. He later became employed by the Dept.

of Transportation in Malone, retiring after 24 years of service. He also owned and operated Coal Hill Small Engines. Randy enjoyed working outdoors, playing bass guitar and cooking on his grill.

Most of all he loved playing with his grandson, Aiden and fishing with his son, Jason. He is survived by his wife of 39 years; his son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Erin Grace of Fort Covington; his grandson, Aiden Grace; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Carson and Diane Grace of Constable and David and Ellen Grace of Albany. He was predeceased by his parents and grandparents.

A celebration of Randy’s life will be held at the Westville Fire Dept. on Saturday, June 2 from 1 to 4 p.m. Donations in his memory may be made to the Westville Fire Dept. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Mr. Randal “Randy” Grace please visit our Sympathy Store.
