Judyth Ann “Judy” Rogers, 78, of Grand Island passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019. To honor Judy’s wishes cremation has taken place and her ashes will be placed in Robb Cemetery at Lexington at a later date. All Faiths Funeral Home is serving the family.

Judy was born March 10, 1940, in Lexington the daughter of Roger and Dorothy (Curtice) Young. She grew up in Lexington and graduated from Lexington Senior High, Class of 1958. She then attended Kearney State University.

She was united in marriage to Lawrence “Larry” Rogers and the couple had 57 years together. Judy loved being outdoors and she and Larry enjoyed many activities together, including fishing, hunting and boating. Those left to cherish Judy’s memory include her husband, Larry; her mother, Dorothy Young of Lexington; two sisters, Linda Goa of Michigan and family and Patricia Linn of Lexington and family; uncles, Gene Young of Lexington and Warren Young of Tacoma, WA; great-nieces and great-nephews and their families; and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Young; brothers-in-law, Ollie Joe Goa and Paul Linn; and a niece, Kelly Linn Stoppkotte. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Judyth “Judy” Rogers please visit our Sympathy Store.
