Obituary for Mrs. Margaret Ann “Ma” Lusk Rogers Margaret Ann “Ma” Lusk Rogers, 81, wife of the late Calvin “Doc” Rogers, of 140 East Stamp Creek Road, Salem, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at her home. A native of Oconee County, SC, Mrs. Rogers was the daughter of the late Henry Dover Lusk and Delia Melinda Ellenburg. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family and gardening.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by her son: Wayne Rogers (Lynn) of Salem, SC; brothers: Clyde Lusk (Joyce) of Walhalla, SC and Bobby Lusk (Joan) of Walhalla, SC; three grandchildren: Leigh Ann Rogers (Zach), Taylor Rogers and Luke Rogers; and three great-grandchildren: Elijah, Avery and Grayson Brown. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Rogers was preceded in death by her brothers: Robert Lusk, Joel Lusk and Bruce Lusk. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 20, 2018, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday, October 19, 2018, at Davenport Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association- SC Chapter, 4124 Clemson Blvd. , Suite L, Anderson, SC 29621.
