Obituary for Jacob Smith McEwen Jacob Smith McEwen, 21-month-old son of Roger Lane Smith and Jennifer Hope McEwen, of 230 Beulah Land Drive, Mountain Rest, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. In addition to his parents, Jacob is survived by his brothers: Dustin Wilbanks and Lane Levi McEwen Smith; sister: Cierra Smith; grandparents: Vivian and Roger Smith and Tom and Pat McEwen; and aunts: April McEwen, Rachelle McEwen, Miriam McEwen, Bobbie Smith and Tonia Scruggs. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 2, 2018, at the McEwen Farm Cemetery in Mountain Rest.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Davenport Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to his brother’s college fund in Jacob’s name, c/o Community First Bank, 3685 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Walhalla, SC 29691. The family is at the home.
