Obituary for Mrs. Kimberly Jane Gunn Kimberly Jane Gunn, 52, wife of Thomas I. Gunn, of 20290 Scriber Lane, Lexington Park, MD, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018, in Richmond, TX. Kim was born on October 14, 1966 to Betty Sue Pearson Young of Salem, SC and the late Julian Edward Owens. She loved her job where she was presently employed with BAE Systems for over thirty years.

Kim enjoyed spending time with her family, especially motorcycle drag racing with her husband and beach adventures in Ocean City with her kids. Her favorite time of the year was Thanksgiving and Christmas, where she enjoyed decorating her home and cooking for her family and friends. Kim was a dedicated daughter, mother, wife and Mema.

In addition to her husband and mother, Kim is survived by her daughter: Kimberly Diana Huffnagle (Joey) of Lexington Park, MD; son: Thomas D. Gunn (Connie Frantzen) of Lexington Park, MD; a niece that was more like a daughter: Lauryn Young-Fenwick of Salem, SC; twin brother: Timothy Owens (Lisa) of Tamassee, SC; brother: Paul Owens (Carrie Ann) of Katy, TX; sisters: Buffy Owens (Kelly Hunter) of Richmond, TX and Carin Mackall (Kelly) of Clarksville, TN; and four grandchildren: Joey, Matthew and Aryanna Huffnagle and Dakota Lord. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Salem First Baptist Church with burial to follow at Whitmire Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM, Saturday, prior to the service, at the church.
