Obituary of Margaret Rayner-Wilson Margaret Rayner-Wilson, age 70, of Savona, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 at home. She was born October 10, 1947, the daughter of John Gilbert and Blanche (Owen) Rayner. Marge was a very loving and giving Mom, Grandmom, sister, and friend to many.

She loved traveling, casinos, camping, picnics, red roses and her Native American heritage. Marge worked at Corning Glass Works for 20 years and then she retired from Proaction’s Dinner Club following 5 years of service. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Melisa and George White of Savona, son, William Chrysler of Tampa, Florida, sisters, Pat Gleason of Penn Yan and Dorothy Burdick of Bath, granddaughter, Michelle (John) Fairbrother of Sayre, grandson, William Taft of Bath, great grandson, Brantley Fairbrother, and many nieces and nephews.

Marge was predeceased by her parents, brothers, John and Donald Rayner, sister, Kathy Rayner, and son, David Chrysler. It was Marge’s wish that there be no public visitation. A private gathering will be held at the convenience of the family.

Marge’s family would extend a very special Thank you for the care and support provided by CareFirst during this difficult time, especially Annette, Rachel, Jenn, and Cheryl. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations in Marge’s name to Care First, 3805 Meads Creek Road, Painted Post, NY 14870.
