Obituary for Pamela Leeann Kennedy Pamela Leeann Kennedy, age 40 of Welch, WV and her unborn son, Josiah Kennedy, died Monday, November 12, 2018 at Welch Community Hospital in Welch, WV. She was born September 15, 1978 in McDowell County, WV and was a daughter of Joseph Dean Kennedy, Sr. of War, WV and the late Pamela Lynn Kennedy. Ms. Kennedy was a kind hearted woman who enjoyed playing with her kids, and Face-Booking; she loved her family dearly.

In addition to her father, those who survive to cherish her memory include her fiancé, Dennis Ferell of Welch, WV; three children, Arminda Elizabeth Ferell, Arianna Lashe Kennedy both of Welch, WV and Jamie Everette Lanston Kennedy of War, WV; two sisters, Jennifer Kennedy and Deborah Kennedy both of War, WV; two brothers, Joseph Dean Kennedy, Jr. and Brian Click and wife, Sylvia both of War, WV; special friends, Reva Hagerman of Bradshaw, WV, Karen Roberts of Premier, WV and Brad Stinson of War, WV. Funeral services for Ms. Kennedy will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at the Yukon Pentecostal Holiness Church in Yukon, WV with Pastor Lacy Griffith, and Pastor Randy Cambell officiating. Burial will follow at the Rose Family Cemetery in Big Creek, WV.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Ferrell, Joshua Simpkins, Jamey Kennedy, Brad Stinson, Brian Click and other family members and friends. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Tazewell, VA is serving the family of Ms. Kennedy and those wishing to express sympathy online may do so at www. hurstscottfuneralhomes.com.
