Patsy Jean Hudson, age 80, a longtime resident of Frankton passed away Friday, April 20, 2018 at Community Hospital in Anderson, following a brief illness. Patsy was born July 15, 1937 in Indianapolis, IN to the late William Clay Holman and Dortha Pearl (McPhearson) Lacy. Patsy retired from the Madison County Auditors Office where she worked in Payroll for many years.

She was very active in the Madison County Democratic party and worked many times at the polls . Patsy attended beauty school and received her certification to be a nail technician. She attended the Church of the First Born in Frankton while growing up and through out her life attended various churches in the Madison County area.

Patsy loved taking care of her property and working in her flowers. Patsy is survived by 3 sons, Bill (Julie) Hudson, Jr. of Frankton, Kevin D. (Jacki) Hudson of Anderson, and Patrick (Phyliss) Hudson of Anderson, 2 sisters, Sally Greer of Alexandria and Charlote Castor of Anderson, 9 grandchildren, Joshua Hudson, Kylie (Sean) Wilkin, Tosha (Arron) Tomlinson, Tasha Kinnard, Tiffany Hudson, Jacob Hudson, Benjamin Hudson, Keith Irwin and Kendra Irwin, 15 great grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews Patsy was preceded in death by her father, William Clay Holman, mother, Dortha Pearl Lacy, son, Terry Hudson, and sister, Carolyn Lehman. Funeral service celebrating Patsy’s life will begin at 11:00 am Friday, April 27, 2018 at Harper & Dunnichay Funeral Home, Frankton with Rev.

Edsel Joyner officiating. Burial will follow in the K. of P. & I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Visitation for family & friends will be Thursday, April 26, 2018, from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm, at Harper & Dunnichay Funeral Home, Frankton . Online condolences can be given at www.
