Obituary of Richard Keller Richard V. Keller, age 88, of Coopers Plains, NY died Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Absolut Care at Three Rivers in Painted Post. Dick was born on August 21, 1929 in Corning to Anthony and Dorothy (Button) Keller. He was a graduate of Corning Free Academy and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1947 – 1951.

He married Anna Verbanic on April 21, 1951 in Quantico, VA. He retired from Corning Credit Union in 1986 as a treasurer. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

He is survived by his wife Anna; two daughters, Sandra (Patrick) Campbell of Tyrone, NY and Nancy (Troy) Kreider of Millersville, PA; son, Danny (Debra) Keller of Coopers Plains; five grandchildren; Brian (Somer) Keller, Scott (Amy) Keller, Dave (Cassi) Keller, Brittany (Christopher) Joseph, and Alysha (Matt) Townsend; 5 great grandchildren, Grayson, Avery, Charlotte, Rylin, and Ellarae. Private family graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Chapel Knoll Cemetery with full military honors. Memorial donations may be made to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, Attn: Development, 875 N. Randolph St., Suite 225, Arlington, VA 22203 or action.
