Sandra Hardy Miller, 73, of 12968 Old Richmond Road, Keeling, Va. , passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at her residence while surrounded by many members of her loving family. She was born June 8, 1945 to the late Helen Vaughan Hardy and the late Cuba Clayton Hardy.

She was married to Ray T. Miller, who survives, of the residence. Mrs. Miller worked for 25 years for American National Bank and Trust as a Branch Manager and Loan Officer until her decline in health. She was in the banking… Read More » industry for a total of 54 years.

Mrs. Miller was active in her community and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, Keeling, Va. , where she served as Treasurer and a choir member for many years. She was also the former Treasurer of the Keeling Volunteer Fire Department and served on their Board of Directors for many years.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughter Traci Miller Lancaster (Jay) and her son Kirk Thomas Miller, all of Keeling, Va. , her sister Gay Boswell of Ringgold, Va. , and her three grandchildren, Savannah, Jackson and Anistyn.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel with Rev. Mike Myers officiating.

Interment will follow at the Hardy Family Cemetery, Keeling, Va. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2018 Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, and at other times at 12968 Old Richmond Road, Keeling, Va.
