Obituary for Sandra Sue Perkins Sandra Sue Perkins, age 56, of Lebanon, Virginia, passed away Monday (April 9, 2018) at her home. Born November 4, 1961 in Richlands, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Clyde Lester and Edna Mae Compton Stevens. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a 1980 graduate of Honaker High School.

She had formerly been employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Clinch Valley Medical Center for several years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Douglas Perkins. Survivors include two daughters, Brooke Perkins and Samantha Perkins both of Lebanon; one grandson, Landon Perkins; one expected grandson; one step-brother, Chris Stevens and wife, Angie; her extended family, Anna and Frank Hayes, Missy and Terry Honaker, and Kevin and Jennifer Perkins; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends also survive.

Memorial services will be conducted at 7:00 PM Thursday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Bro. Terry Honaker officiating. The family will receive friends after 6:00 PM Thursday at the Honaker Funeral Home.
