Obituary for Sherry Miller (Laney) Sherry Miller, age 51, of Lenoir, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at her residence. She was born September 10, 1966, daughter of Benny and Sylvia Cooke Laney. In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory are her fiancé Dago Lainez of the home; one son, John Ross Tuttle of Lenoir; one daughter, Chasti Tuttle of WV; three grandchildren, Jackson, Benjamin and Audrey; sister, Marsha Sipe and husband Tommy of Maiden; one brother, Benny Dale Laney of Hudson; and the family calls Harleah Laney and Haley Laney “two little sisters”.
The family will receive friends Monday, April 23, 2018, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Mackie Funeral Home. The service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Bobby Pritchard officiating.
Burial will be private.
