Obituary for Anne Landisi Anne Landisi, (Triz) of Beacon, NY passed away peacefully on Monday April 23, 2018 surrounded by her family and friends at Kaplan Hospice Residence. She was born on July 17, 1947 in Shamokin PA to Burd and Vera Murdock (who preceded her in death). She was a graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School in 1965.
Anne was the beloved wife of Jerry Landisi for 49 beautiful years. She was a devoted mother to John Landisi (wife Tara) and David Landisi (wife Jennifer). She was the loving and doting grandmother to Alex, Eric, Reilly and Ryan.
She attended all school and sporting events for her grandchildren, as well as volunteering her time in their schools. They were her world and she will be missed greatly by them. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, mother in-law, sister (in-law) and true friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Anne was co-owner of Beacon Video for 10 years before moving on to become a homemaker and help raise and care for her grandchildren. She was a parishioner of St. John’s Church, member of the Tioronda Garden Club, former member of the St. Rocco’s Society Ladies Auxiliary, and enjoyed donating her time to Mount Gulian. Anne is also survived by her sister Judy Snyder (husband Glenn), Sister-In-Law Linda (Glenn Bracklow), nieces and nephews Andrea, Christopher, Lindsay, Anthony and Mia, as well as her beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, April 29 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, 2 Beekman Street, Beacon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 30 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 Willow Street. Burial will follow at St. Joachim Cemetery, Beacon.
Memorial donations in memory of Anne may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Department 142, Memphis, Tennessee 38101. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Patrick J.
