Catherine Jane Flanagan, 70, of Friendsville, MD, died Thursday, May 31, 2018, at WVU Hospitals, Inc., Morgantown, WV. Born November 28, 1947, in Waitsfield, VT, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Louise (McNeil) Moulton. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Diane Barton.

Ms. Flanagan was a LPN. She is survived by her former husband, Kerry Flanagan, Friendsville; one son, Sean Kelly, Whitehall, NY; three daughters, Roselie Wilkinson, Merced, CA; Mary LaRock and Tina Farnham, Barre, VT; four brothers, Brian Moulton, Warren, VT; Keith Moulton, Albuquerque, NM; Gordon Moulton, Eden, VT; James Moulton, Waitsfield, VT; two sisters, Regina Miller, Appomattox, VA; Rosemary Aronson, Waitsfield, VT; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. At her request, she will be cremated and services will be held at a later date.
