Clarence L. Moyer, 90, of Glendon Borough, PA, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 in St. Luke’s Hospital-Anderson Campus. Born September 13, 1927, in North Bangor, PA, he was a son of the late George W. and Martha (Fritz) Moyer. His wife of 47 years, Catherine F. (Randall) Moyer, died November 17, 1996.

Clarence served with the US Army during WWII. He retired in 1987 from the City of Easton Sanitation Department where he worked for 35 years. Surviving are a son, George W. and his wife Nancy and a daughter, Shirley E. Weikel and her husband Christopher, all of Easton; a brother, Lester, of Pen Argyl; two sisters, Mable Christman, of Ackermanville and Edna, of North Bangor; four grandsons and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by a daughter, Barbara Oleyar, a grandson, Ian Shriver, a brother, George Moyer and three sisters, Mildred Sigafoos, Margaret Lobb and Leona Repsher. Services will be held at 11am Thursday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 602 W. Berwick Street, Easton. Call Thursday 10-11am in the funeral home.
