George T. Kresch, 68, of West Easton, PA, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Born February 23, 1950, in Easton, PA, he was a son of E. George and Shirley (Becker) Kresch, of Bethlehem Township. He and his wife, Deborah K. (Kutz) Kresch, celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary on March 15, 2018.

George graduated from Notre Dame High School and received an associate degree from Northampton Community College. He served with the US Army during the Vietnam War. He worked alongside his parents at their family business, Paramount Appliance & Music, Phillipsburg, NJ, for over 20 years.

Thereafter, he was employed by Circuit City and retired from Lowe’s. After retirement, he drove for Moravian Academy, transporting teaching staff and students. George was a loving, dedicated husband, father, granddad and family man.

He was the best father two girls could have ever asked for. He treated everyone with kindness, and cared for others in such a way that he always put them first. Above all, George loved his family-they were his treasure in life.

He enjoyed spoiling his grandson Carson, golfing, traveling with his wife, especially on cruises to the South Pacific and dining out with his wife and grandson. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan and years ago, an avid bowler. George was a lifelong member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church.

He was a long-time and dedicated member of Easton Lions Club. He was cherished by his wife, Debbie and two daughters, Andrea L. Pysher, of Palmer Township and Nicole K. Lanka, of Califon and a grandson, Carson, who gave him much pleasure (and will be thrilled to learn he is inheriting Granddad’s car). He is also survived by his loving parents, George and Shirley; his three sisters, Kathy Duelley, of Forks Township, Sandy Felver, of Mt.

Pocono and Anne Marie “Norm” Panto, of Palmer Township and their families and two sons-in-law, Scott Pysher and Todd Lanka. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in St. Jane’s Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Palmer Township. A memorial calling hour will be held Tuesday 9:30-10:30am in the church.
